THANKSGIVING TAG

1. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish?
My all time favorite Thanksgiving side dish would have to be mashed potatoes and gravy. I don't think you can really have Thanksgiving without this! Although, I love love love green bean casserole, and corn, and rolls.
2. What is your favorite Thanksgiving dessert?
Definitely pumpkin pie, cherry pie, basically pie. Or cobbler.
3. What does your ideal Thanksgiving outfit look like?
Generally I wear some leggings with a sweater and some boots.
4. What is your best Thanksgiving memory?
I can't really think of any one memory from Thanksgiving that I have the most. All of my Thanksgivings have been fun and I've loved all of them! One of the funniest memories I have though is when we were younger. After and before Thanksgiving dinner at my moms house, my siblings and I all played "hobos" and pretended Thanksgiving Dinner was the soup kitchen's Thanksgiving. We had a great imagination...
5. Least favorite Thanksgiving dish.
That Cranberry sauce stuff, Ew!
6. Do you have any quirky Thanksgiving traditions?
Most of the time at my moms house Thanksgiving is done in our pajamas! If that counts as quirky!
7. Where do you and your family usually celebrate Thanksgiving?
Since my parents are divorced and re-married I get tons of Thanksgivings! Its so awesome! My mom normally has her own, my Nona has one, my Grandma Ann goes to St. Louis for hers, and I went one or two years with her, Jeromy's family has one, and Shayne's family normally has a smaller family one and then a big family one.
8. What do you love most about Thanksgiving?
Being able to see everyone and discuss Christmas.
9. What do you think has changed most since the first Thanksgiving?
I've written about this before, for a class, but I really do think it applies to our lives today. Obviously Thanksgiving has changed with technology. We now have phones to keep us busy if we don't want to talk to anyone which, isn't a great thing. But, our phones give us a chance to show our family members pictures and videos of things they've missed throughout the year!
10. What are you thankful for?
I'm thankful for m family, which of course includes Shayne's family, and my pets as well.

-K
