WELLNESS WEDNESDSAY WEEK ONE

So, I've decided to do a blogging schedule. It'll be the same thing every week. Due to my recent encounter with an eating disorder, I decided instead of doing "What I ate Wednesday", I'll be doing "Wellness Wednesday". To let you all see what kinds of things I eat on the daily, my workout routine, walking adventures, and more! Hope you all enjoy this! <3

So I always have one out of three "staple" things for breakfast...brown sugar oatmeal with a banana, and english muffin with cream cheese or a herbalife shake!
And today was a Blueberry Muffin herbalife shake, and it was DELICIOUS!

I also went on a walk and we had lunch with my nana! At a pretty authentic mexican place which was amazing...but I loved it so much I forgot to take a picture. Plus, I ate so much that even still at eight pm I'm not hungry! /: Which isn't good because meal skipping is bad. So I'll probably end up having a shake or something. But I feel super sick...I've tried to do some exercise but nothing is helping. This is such a struggle its annoying.

UPDATE

So, yesterday I posted pictures from the NEDA Walk. And the post before that was about taking Mackenzie to the zoo. So it looks like Im filling you guys in for April! A lot has happened in my life these past few months. I think the easiest way to catch everyone up is describe what I've been going through-because it really consumed my life.

Right before my families cruise in January, I  wanted to loose some weight. I was making pretty unhealthy decisions when it came to eating and it was time to get on a better eating habit/schedule. I went from 136to 125 by cutting out fast food and soda. Which wasn't necessarily a bad thing! Those things are bad for you anyway. Well, we went on the cruise and I gained two pounds...just two. But I wanted to work them off. So I did, but instead I worked off 3. Seeing that 124 on the scale felt so powerful...so I kept loosing weight. Soon, I was taking laxatives daily, forcefully vomiting, and restricting my calories to 100 a day. And, sometimes none. Im so lucky that someone found out and told my parents. Because I went from 136 to 109 in just a month and a half.

So, at the moment I'm working on some healthier food habits, visiting doctors, nutritionists, and counselors trying to determine why this started.

Right now Im sitting in the waiting room of a surgical center waiting on Shayne. Last night we had to take Lilly to the emergency pet hospital...basically we have just been crazy busy. But I wanted  to share some pictures to let you all see what we've been up to!
